  I want to add widgets to my theme, but when I click customize, it says loading in the tab at the very top of my screen but nothing ever loads. I am brand spanking new to WordPress. I started through bluehost, but I dont want to be linked to BlueHost anymore, I want to edit directly through WordPress

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  We’re not able to help with WordPress sites since they use a different version of the WordPress platform than the custom version we use at WordPress.com. However, it is possible to move it from Bluehost to be hosted with us instead. We have a guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/

  We offer in-house support for all sites hosted on WordPress.com (including free ones) so once you move over to us we’re happy to take a closer look at any ongoing questions you have.
