Widgets

    I have a problem with widgets. When I click on ‘Widgets’ under ‘Appearance’ I get a blank page. When I edit my website under ‘Customize’ and click on widgets there is nothing but a blank box as well.

    Hi there!

    I see that your site is using the WordPress.org software and it’s hosted elsewhere. We can provide direct help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

    In this case, have you tried logging in from a different browser or clearing your browser cache to check if it isn’t a temporary browser issue?

    If you keep seeing the blank page even on a different browser, you may want to post on the WordPress.org support forum as your site uses the WordPress.org software: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
