Widgets/Comic page not appearing on Home

Hello, everyone.
Recently, our comic site for “Island Girls” suffered a massive malware attack through Godaddy, and though they managed to get rid of the offending material, unfortunately it, for lack of a better term, wrecked our site completely. I’ve tried so many things, and I’m really at my wit’s end here.
We have the ComicPress theme for our webcomic content, and are using a plugin called “ComicPost”, an upgraded, more streamlined version of the old “ComicPress” and “ComicEasel” plugins.
With these new features, we have found that our current comic no longer appears on the front page, nor does the blog, or the many widgets on either side, We don’t mind if we could pay someone to get our site back to normal, but if there is advice to be offered, or things I can try, I’d love some feedback.
The comic pages appear fine if I “view” each comic separately, BTW. If I can answer any other questions, let me know. Thanks, all!
