Widgets on Motif theme need editing tools

  Hi, I am using the Motif theme for WordPress.com. I edited the widgets that come with the theme. However, there are no editing tools for formatting the test. More importantly, I cannot make links.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s true. One way to overcome this obstacle is to format text in a post or page editor, in visual mode if you prefer, then copy (in HTML mode) and paste the text into a text widget, or other widget that includes an HTML text box. If this workaround doesn’t appeal to you, then you might wish to submit a topic to the Ideas forum including your suggestions.

  More importantly, I cannot make links.
