Width setting in wordpress

  This is my website using Museo themes, https://sps.ieeemy.org/. I have problem in adjusting the width of the website . I need to decrese the size of width ( blue colour) and delete the word ‘introduction’ in the title of the page.
  really nees a fast reply.
