Will Guided Transfer solve this problem?

Hi. I wanted to make a website through wordpress but I registered our domain baijudharmajan.com as a blog (baijudharmajan.wordpress.com) , only to later realize that I can’t add plugins, edit PHP/HTML or have access to other themes (my bad!).
I couldn’t clearly figure out whether by shifting the blog to wordpress.org through Guided Transfer, this functionality will become available. If yes, would be grateful if someone can assist me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

yes moving your blog off WordPress.COM and buying your own hosting will give you Plug-in’s etc – the Guided transfer will give you a blog that is up and running with not much effort on your part – keep in mind that many people have “Plug-in envy” – we have extra Widgets to make up for the no Plug-in’s
PS – bumping your thread after two hours in the middle of the night is considered rude and reduces your chance of getting an answer –
