Will subscriptions to my blog survive a move?

  I’ll be moving my http://www.veloasana.com blog very soon to a self-hosted site. I understand I can export my pages with a wordpress tool, and then import them using a companion tool on new site (I’ll be using wordpress software there). The blog will have the same address, I’m just moving it to be self-hosted. Will subscriptions to my blog survive this move?
  Also, I have a lot of images on my posts, will those get copied automatically by export/import process as well?

  If you install the Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted WordPress.org site, we will be able to move the subscriptions.

  Exporting your content will also include all images from your media library. To export your WordPress.com blog, please follow this guide.
