  This is the worst platform, wheres the live chat for new commers? I would like to talk to someone live but youknow il just go shopify👊🏾

  To be fair, it does help to provide as much information as you can to get assistance here. Livechat with staff is available once you have purchased an upgraded WordPress.com plan. If you have a free site (or even no site at all) then this is the correct place to ask for advice. If volunteers can’t help they’ll happily alert staff to assist.
