Willing to Move my website to WordPress.com

  Hi Team at WordPress,
  I have a website http://www.thepublic.in, which is my only source of income. Currently my site is in free WordPress cms with AWS hosting. I face lots of problems like slowing website, it goes down etc . i bear big losses due to this. I am not a technical person but can do small changes. Is wordprss.in website builder good for me , will I be able to do changes if required. my website is small news blog with 10 lac readers and 15 lac page views and increasing. somehow not confident with other website builders like wix, gator etc. i want all thinks at one place like hosting, website builder etc. please suggest
