Window cropped and I cannot access some features of WordPress

Hello, I am currently working on creating a website and it seems that every time I try to access features on the very left of my webpage, the window is cropped and I can’t access anything. I tried on different browsers (safari and Firefox) as well as on my phone version of WordPress but same problem.
For example, when adding the contact form plugin (contact form 7), I am unable to activate it on my website because I cannot click on it in my front page section options: the bubble is outside of my window and I cannot access it.

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

Is there any way you could help out or direct me as I am the owner of the website and I am the one designing it?
