Window Live Writer won't connect to my wordpress blog

I’m trying to hook up my WordPress blog with Windows Live Writer, but when I go into the settings to change it and submit the data it says: “Can’t connect to you blog service: Network Connection Error – Error attempting to connect to blog at: —–.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php Found: Moved Temporarily Please try fixing the problem and then try again.” I have attempt to download the most recent version of Windows Live Writer and that didn’t help me at all. I’m not sure what to do next. I contacted my web host and they said to contact WordPress. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sorry but http://www.parsnipsandparsimony.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and here we provide support only to free hosted WordPress.COM bloggers.
This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
