Without access to the 'settings'
-
Hi good morning.
I’m the administrator of the blog mccaracatuba.wordpress.com
Already has three months
I’m trying to access the ‘Settings’ item
To change some blog posts and appearance.
The blog belongs to a church movement
And I need to update information
But I’m not getting it.
When I try to enter ‘settings’,
The website opens a splash screen.
please,
I would like to know how to resolve this issue.
We have some urgency
thank you
Jorge Tadeu

Hi Jorge,
The site settings page for https://jorgetadeumcc.wordpress.com/ would be https://wordpress.com/settings/general/jorgetadeumcc.wordpress.com. If you’re referring to another site then simply change the ‘jorgetadeumcc’ portion of the address as needed. The site settings page can only be visited by a logged in site administrator. See the User Roles support page.
The Account Settings page is https://wordpress.com/me/account. Again, only an administrator of the account will have access to the page.
