Wix / 123reg – transferring to WP

  I have a website with Wix and a domain/email with 123 reg (See: http://www.bebopstrategic.com), I would like to transfer this over to WordPress, should I start designing on WP before transferring over the DNS stuff?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you start building your website here at WordPress.com first, you can make sure everything looks the way you want it before you point your domain to the site and start directing traffic here.

  Then, when you’re ready, you can follow our guide to Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping) to point your domain to your site here.
