  The site won’t accept my credit card renewal payment and I can’t understand what is wrong.

  Hi there!

  I’m so sorry to hear that. Can you please tell exactly which error you get? Since we use PayPal as our processor there are certain countries that we cannot accept payment from.

  Please let me know and I’d be happy to take a further look!
