  Hello, I am trying to download a short film clip (1:58) and it won’t do it. Can you please help? Thank you.

  From what site are you trying to download the clip? A file failing to download does not sound like an issue with WordPress.com, but rather with your browser timing out during the process, usually due to a poor connection.
