Won't let me upgrade plans

  I am attempting to upgrade my account from a free plan to the business plan but it will not let me. I purchased a custom theme to start out with. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  What message or issue are you encountering when trying to purcahse the business plan? Is it when you are putting in your billing information? Credit Card information? Let me know and I will look into this for you.
