Won't recognise my com.au domain?

    Hi WordPress

    I am trying to create a new website for my Australian cleaning business but when I type in my domain name (that I purchased from Go Daddy) it keeps taking me back to the start? Is someone able to assist? My domain is http://www.primebuildersclean.com.au

    Hi there,

    What exactly do you mean it takes you back to the start. Do you mean it goes back from the Pick a Domain step to an earlier step in the process?

    I see you don’t have any site yet at all, so please clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and try the following:

    First select only the free plan, and a free *.wordpress.com domain in the new site flow.

    Once the site is created, go to My Site ->Plans and add the plan that you want to use.

    Then go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and select the Map It option. That should allow you to add the domain.

    If any of these steps also fail, please let me know, and let me know on exactly what page it is that you’re having problems. Please copy the URL that appears in your browser address bar on that page, and reply here with that URL.
