Wont save Privacy settings

My site will not save my privacy settings. It is currently hiding my site behind a coming soon screen and i want it to be visible to everyone. I am currently in settings>General>Privacy to try and fix the problem. Once I press save settings it says there was a problem saving your changes.

Hi there,
Have you tried turning off the Slider Revolution Coming Soon & Maintenance Add-on plugin you have added to your site? To explain, we do have our own “coming soon” feature, but it is being overridden by your 3rd party plugin. In this case the settings we offer do not work since the coming soon mode is being controlled elsewhere. However if you turn off the coming soon option in your Slider Revolution Coming Soon & Maintenance Add-on settings (or deactivate the plugin altogether) your site should appear to the public at that point.
