Won't sync with cyberduck

  I’m trying to use cyberduck to transfer files and themes however it will not let me log in to cyberduck and is not accepting the server name. Please help, I’ve paid for a theme but can not log into to cyberduck to download it.

  I’m sorry, we don’t allow FTP access at WordPress.com. Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer.
