Hi there,
I’m having some issues with my woo-commerce plug-in. Every time I add a product with a variable, the price of the product is no longer visible and only the variable price is visible. I want my product price to be added to the variable prices.
I also am having an issue with access, it seems like you cannot add multiple variables to the cart. It is only allowing me to add one variable per category to my cart, but I need the website to be able to add multiple variables to the cart.

Hi there,
I cannot gain access to the support forum to create a ticket even though I have verified my email address. The following message keeps prompting me to verify my email.
I’ve been trying for hours now, trying to get some support on the following issue.

Please go to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and select the option “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com” then select “Need something else” to submit a help request to verify your account.
You can ask your question there too at the same time.

In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.
If you have already confirmed your email address, please log out of WooCommerce.com and then login again. If you still need to confirm your email, we sent you an email to verify your email address when you signed up. You can try searching for an email from WordPress.com to find it.
Note: Don’t forget to check your spam folder!

I am unable to verify my account, also unable to ask for help to verify my account because it doesn’t let me submit a forum unless I verify my account.
I don’t understand why this issue is so complicated, all I’m trying to do is get some customer support for a service I paid for.

I can see you verified the email about 5 hours ago. It wouldn’t have worked before that, but can you try again now?
Also, the Need Help with My Account option should not give you trouble. Let us know if it still is so we can not tell folks to use that method. Thanks!
