Woo Commerce store displays black banner with Cubic theme

Hi everyone,
I’d like to sell products on my website using the Cubic theme on a managed WordPress.com site. I use Woo Commerce to add products to my store, but when I publish a product, a black banner displays above it so you have to scroll down before you can view the item for sale.
Does anyone know how to edit or remove this banner? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this only happen with the Cubic theme? If you switch to another theme, does the problem go away?

Thank you for replying, I just checked with my hosting service and they confirmed that it is in fact a WordPress.org site. Thank you taking the time to advise me, I will contact the Cubic theme support forum directly!
