woo crashing WP

  I have been trying to use PRINTFUL to upload tshirt designs, Woo will not accept, I cant log in to woo help because it REFUSES to accept WordPress password, We are to open mar 17, this is never going to happen and no one will help with these darn plugins. I NEED HELP
