Woocommerce and wordpress.org

I need to basically start over .. I havee just purchased a hosting plan with dreamhost and would like to connect my woocommerce to it. However I do not wish to use the current account that is logged into woocommerce. It was created by my Fiance who was unsure of a few things and how we were going to set it up. Woocommerce will not let me log out of that account. If I delete my word press.com account will it help my situation on letting me start fresh on woocommerce? Also will it affect my wordpress.org account? Thank you!
