WooCommerce integration trouble

  My Web Developer setup WooCommerce on my WP site. I’ve linked Stripe, and want to enable Paypal, but it keeps giving Pay Now and Pay Later as an option. I only want Pay Now. Also, I do not want WooCommerce Payments. I disable it and hit save, but it keeps enabling on my site.
