WooCommerce Payments / Online Checkout

Hello, I recently discovered an error with my client’s website in regards to the checkout process. Prior to last Friday the payment gateway via Square was the method of payment however customers were unable to purchase on the website due to an error in the gateway.
In the meantime I switched her to WooCommerce to handle payments until we resolved the Square issue, however when we checked the status of the deposit in which it was expected to be delivered on 1/27, the status for the deposit said failed. We have explored all options at this point but will require this issue be escalated.
