Woocommerce payments split and hold

    I have explained the payment process suitable for my ecommerce website business logic as:
    1. the site offers platform for consultants/service providers to
    register and setup their various expertise using appointment booking
    systems.
    2. visitors or members of the site or clients book services and make
    payments awaiting delivery or provision of the actual services by the by
    particular consultant.
    3. the clients make payments and the amount escrow or temporarily saved
    for few days.
    4. splitting is done between the vendor and the site owner when the
    vendor would have performed the services and the client approved
    delivery accordingly.
    What systems or customisation would you recommend as a solution to
    this business scenario which is the same process many ecommerce sites
    use.
