WooCommerce / Porto setup issue

Whenever I try to finish the Porto installation wizard with setup WooCommerce I get the following error message

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Steps to reproduce:

I have admin status over the site, and the usermeta shows “a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;}” under capabilities.

We started a brand new project from scratch with Askimet, Jetpack, elementor end elementor pro installed.

Then proceeded to install Porto through the admin panel. Installed Porto Functionality and wooCommerce through that step.

    I didn’t install any Demo.

All of the steps were successful.

At the end of the wizard. I click on setup wooCommerce.

This is when I get redirected to a page that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Anybody has an idea on how to get over that issue?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The website posted above has nothing to do with the project, but it appears that wordpress put that in there without verifying if it was relevant, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit posts…

I assume wpsucks119625489.wordpress.com is not the site that is having this issue? It is the only site I see on this account and I can confirm it does not have any plugins installed on it. Can you share the URL of the site you are having issues with so we can take a closer look?
