WooCommerce shortcode on a page but it ignores the shortcode.

  Hi there, I have added the woocommerce shortcode on a page but it ignores the shortcode. I also temporarily disabled all plugins except WooCommerce core and switch themes to Twenty Nineteen or Storefront. Yet I still have that problem. Can someone help me?

  I have a bigger problem as my site does not exist. I got the message where I do no have a wordpress site after I signed on to get to my page. I not sure what happened.
