Woocommerce transactions aren’t going through

    I have installed woocommerce on my website and integrated Stripe as the payment processor.

    I face an issue in selling because the payment doesn’t go through. I contacted Stripe support team for this and they have come back saying that payments aren’t going through because, to use their own words, ‘ It seems that you are trying to charge the same source without attaching it to a customer first.’

    And…’As per checking here, the provided source has been used to make another payment.’

    And they have asked me to contact woocommerce for this issue. Can anyone help?
