WooCommerce won’t install ‘already exists’

  Following some updates last night WooCommerce has disappeared,and trying to re install I get an error message telling em the folder structure already exists and so the installing has failed…

  There are no sites listed in the account you are currently logged in to. Can you send a link to the site where you are trying to install WooCommerce?

  Yeah sure thing – it’s Velovelo.cc.

  It was installed and configured; this update seems to have removed it as part of the update process?..
