  i am a new administrator on a WordPress Site that recently enabled recommended updates which caused a series of issues. All identified with the exception of the shopping cart. When a customer places an order the order goes into cart, but when you click on shopping cart – it redircts to buy/home page so customer cannot complete the order. How do we fix ASAP as we are unable to take in any orders. Your assistance is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

  Howdy –

  The best place to get help with WooCommerce is from that team directly. Use the support tab on https://woocommerce.com/

  I would suggest that you turn off all plugins on the site and leave only WooCommerce enabled to see if that fixes the problem – if so, you have another plugin that’s interfering with Woo. Do this on a staging site if you want to avoid further chance of messing up the live site.
