Hi @chefkroger!
This is a pretty common hiccup with plugins that don’t clean up after themselves properly. Here are a couple of things to try.
First make sure the plugin is fully deactivated by going to Plugins then Installed Plugins in your dashboard, confirming it shows as inactive, and then clicking Delete directly from there. Sometimes the failed to update error gets in the way of deletion if you try to do both at once.
If that still throws an error, the next step is to delete it manually via FTP or your hosting file manager. You’d navigate to wp-content/plugins/ and simply delete the woohoo-paypal folder from there. This bypasses WordPress entirely and is a clean way to remove a stubborn plugin. You can read more about manually removing plugins here https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/
If you’re on a managed WordPress.com plan and don’t have direct FTP access, reaching out to support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact is your best bet and they can remove it from the backend for you.
Hope that gets rid of it!
Best regards
Guilherme

hello, I unfortunately still see the plugin on my jetpack plugin page. I am curious is if this plugin created a layout where it displays the ability to shop. I do not want my page to have these options like cart, account, checkout etc. I was assuming the woohoo plugin created this though I could be wrong.
