How can I earn from my blog? I’ve applied for Word adds but nothing happens.. Is this real ? And what do i need to do?

You only have a free site, http://leweneiphotography.travel.blog/, in your account.
Free WordPress.com sites are not eligible to participate in the WordAds program. To apply for WordAds your site will have to be on a custom domain, and that requires one of our paid plans.
If you upgrade to the Personal Plan, your application will then be approved only once you reach the minimum required traffic level for WordAds. On the Premium and Business Plan you will be approved immediately, but note that unless you get tens of thousands of views on your site every month, you are not likely to make much income from any form of online advertising.
