  hello, i wanna ask on ‘personal’ word press plan, could i put my own ads? or it need to be premium? and i can create more then 1 website with these plans ?

  Not with the Personal plan. You’d need the Premium plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/
  And it is one plan for one site.
