  Hello,

  I have my registered domain on Godaddy.com. I need to recover access of my wordpress site for my domain. My web developer left our company several weeks ago. He has been unresponsive to our efforts to any communication. To be clear, I have ownership and access to our domain. I am not sure what those guys are up to, or if they are even still on earth, but it is clear that this will not be resolved through him. Can anyone provide any insight into how I can regain access to my Company site?

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site? Is the site hosted on WordPress.com? Based off of what you are describing, and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I would contact Go Daddy about this issue because it sounds like the site may be hosted there since the domain is also hosted with them.
