Word Press site cannot be found

    A few years ago I worked with (and PAID FOR) Word Press to update my Blue Host web site. The domain is kurtkoncepts.com. After the Word Press upgrade, I was told by your people that it could NOT directly replace the old kurtkoncepts.com domain and that people had to go to kurtkoncepts.com/wp to see it. Again, this is what YOUR people told me. I sent the link to that site to numerous clients and would-be clients over the years. (I can provide screen shots if you like) My correspondences included the kurtkoncepts.com/wp site which was acknowledged and garnered numerous responses. Now when I go to kurtkoncepts.com/wp I’m told it’s NOT available. How is this possible. I PAID for the service (hundreds of dollars to be exact). It was on line for years and now apparently it’s not. I changed NOTHING. I need it back. Please advise

    Your site kurtkoncepts.com is up and running but that site doesn’t use wordpress. Are you sure people of wordpress.com gave you that advice? It’s because we can’t help with sites that ain’t running on the wordpress.com platform.
    You must contact Bluehost support as they are you hosting and registrar.
