Word press site not showing up for me to edit

Hello, I was looking into my site to be able to edit it, and while it shows up when I search, under the wordpress site it says’ I dont have a wordpress site’. Please help, I just recently renewed my site, so do I also have to renew my domain, if so where do I do that? I just want to change my site/ edit it! thanks! Erin

What is the URL of your site so we can take a closer look?
I do not see any sites hosted here on WordPress.com when I check under your account. https://wordpress.com/sites/
Is your site hosted with another provider in this case?
