Word Press sites – change of ownership

  Hi, I have two word press sites my exbusiness partner set up when we where both together. However we have parted company & he has moved to America & has not been forthcoming in providing a proper handover of previous items such as this. I would like to know how I can reclaim proper ownership of my sites as I have full legal ownership of these, along with the domain names & email addresses , business trading names ect ect. Thank you
