Word Press/WoCommerce printing label question

  Can someone please help me, I can’t seem to print my shipping label in my WooCommerce site. After I put in my credit card in WordPress nothing happens and the label does not show up for me to print my number is 774-571-0464

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
