  Hello Expert i have reached threshold of $100 and up today my Outstanding amount is $101.45 and you attach a notification that will be paid approximately 45 days following the end of the month in which it was earned but the 45 days was over and i didn’t receive any amount in my pay pal account can you please help me on this?

  We cannot make WordAds payments via bank transfer or money order. WordAds payments can only be made via PayPal, and only if you live in a country where PayPal makes payments to.
