  Dear sir / Madam,

  Here is my question: my WordPress is not working as it should. I try to keep my WordPress up to date with all updates. but these updates do not update the system, so I cannot download my plugins. As a result, I cannot further complete my website. I hope you can help me.

  We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. As your site is self-hosted, meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org, you must ask your question in the wordpress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
