  WordPress.com belongs to a company called Automattic, which is a US company. We don’t have any offices, as we are a distributed company, with all employees working from their own homes.

  If the monthly rent is purchased, is the receipt opened abroad?

  I’m not sure what you mean here. We are a web hosting provider who sell premium services for WordPress sites hosted on our servers. All upgrades are purchased for a year at a time, and you receive a receipt of all payments via email.
