  I log in to Bluehost and then when I try to enter to WordPress in order to manage my sites, it shows a message like this: box5231.temp.domains is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  I think WordPress is not working. What shoul I do in this case?

  Hi there,

  The site you are referencing appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

  Also, I would reach out to Bluehost’s customer support since that is where your site is being hosted.
