WordPress 2019 theme problems

  My WordPress theme disappeared so I shifted automatically to 2019. Since then, two major problems have emerged. One, every photo I upload is tinted blue. Every photo on my blog is tinted blue and every new photo is also blue. Secondly, I cannot find any space in which to insert links or italics into the text. Help with either of these is greatly appreciated.
