WordPress 3d security not working for Visa

    Domain renewal payment was declined. I have now called my card company several times – each time they have insisted the issue lies with the merchant ie WordPress.

    They say WordPress has not set up security up correctly, so when the customer tried to pay with their card, WordPress does not notify the bank that the customer need a security code.

    I can see other people have experienced the same thing on the forum, but Wordpres insists the problem lies with their bank. I have tried different browsers, laptops, clearing cache etc. Please can you investigate and sort this out with the banks?
