WordPress 404error

Hi.
How are you ,i am asad .i create my website on WordPress .
so i changing in my site daily .but
after a long time i have in a big problem.so please help me .
my problem is that when i open my word press dashboard for changing .
so when i click on any tool than they go on my website page .and show me in body . 404 error.We’re sorry, but the page you were looking for doesn’t exist.
i if i click on any of the wordpress dashboard tool.it shows the same.
