    A web developer created my site and I cannot access website. What can do ? I can verify domain ownership.

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    Note that we’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers on WordPress.com.

    If someone created this site for you using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, only that hosting provider might be able to help you with this, so you’d need to contact them directly for help instead in that case.
