  Hi, I have a site that uses wordpress, but it’s not coming up as a site or purchase when I sign in on here? I’d like to manage the subscription for it – but as the site isn’t coming up, I can’t do this.

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  Is it a WordPress.com hosted site or a self-hosted WordPress.org site?

  No worries. So, your site alihemsley.com is hosted by Site Ground and the domain is registered through GoDaddy. That means that the site is set up on the open source WordPress.org software – it’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  There are 2 versions of WordPress which can cause confusion.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
