WordPress Account Change

    Hi!
    I am trying to switch my wordpress account from a wordpress.com to a wordpress.org account. I have bigscoots as my host site. They need the nameservers updated to be able to do so.
    Here are what they need the name servers changed to:

    jasper.ns.cloudflare.com
    teagan.ns.cloudflare.com

    The person I am working with at bigscoots says this:

    ‘ since it is in cancelled state we are unable to manage it – also if you plan to keep the domain name then please request them to unlock the domain and provide the domain transfer code’

    Please let me know what we need to do further so that I can get my blog set up on wordpress.org

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi,

    Since you canceled the domain, it’s not possible to change its name servers. The good news is that it’ll be released in about a week, and then you’ll be able to register it again through your new provider.
