WordPress Account Linked to Email I Don't Have Anymore

I had a wordpress account and a website last year. I ran a business through this website. I ended the business and took down the site and deleted the email account associated with the business. Now I am being charged for this wordpress account and I don’t remember the password to my wordpress account.
I tried the account recovery and it is not working. My transaction number is [redacted]

Please DO NOT post transaction IDs in the forum. The forums are public, meaning anyone with an internet connection can access that ID and potentially use it to get access to your account via our account recovery form.
The transaction ID you provided is for the site upyourtindergamedotcom.wordpress.com that belongs to the username, upyourtindergameadmin. That site has an active premium plan and domain mapping first added in 2015, and I see no evidence that there has ever been an attempt to cancel it. The domain appears to have been cancelled wherever it was registered, but the WordPress.com site has not been deleted.
The last renewal payment for that site was in November 2017, and the next payment will only be at the end of this year, so I’m not sure what you mean that you are being charged now for it. There are no pending charges for that site.
To regain access to that site, please submit our account recovery form, using the transaction ID as verification:

I am a very novice user of this service and it was not clear to me that I was not sending a message directly to a support person. When I realized I had added my transaction ID and posted it, I realized that I could not edit this post. Thank you for taking it down.
upyourtindergame was a site I had started in 2015. I cancelled everything related to the site, but didn’t realize my payment to wordpress was reoccuring. I tried the recovery service, but it didn’t work, and did not recognize the ID number. I also deleted the email account related to this site.
I would like to be able to cancel this account completely. I would especially not like to be charged for another renewal payment at the end of the year.
